Prayer page by Carol and Ray Norton
The wilderness will lead you to your heart where I will speak
May we be this day:
Compassionate of heart,
Gentle in word,
Gracious in awareness
Courageous in thought
Generous in love.
Only for today, I will have no fear. In particular, I will not be afraid to enjoy what is beautiful and to believe in Goodness
Pope John XX111
Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.
Be Kind. Always.
Where did you experience GOD in the last week?
Mon 6 –St Nicholas
Did I offer peace today?
Did I bring a smile to someone’s face?
Did I say words of healing?
Did I let go of my anger and resentment?
Did I forgive? Did I Love?
We cannot do great things on this earth. We can only do little things with great Love.
Spend time today thanking God for choosing you.
One who moves to hurriedly misses the way?
Silence is the language of God and everything else is a poor translation.
Give the ones you love wings to fly, roots to come back and reasons to stay.
Do a mindful walk -
Walk as if you are kissing the earth with your feet.

Pray and Read
When we pray we talk to GOD,
When we read GOD talks to us.

I sought my God,
My God I could not see.
I sought my soul
My soul eluded me.
I sought my neighbour,
And I found all three. Anon

When a loving person can do good for others, or sees that others are happy, they themselves live happily and in this way give glory to God, for “God loves a cheerful giver”.
