    Take a moment to quieten your mind and heart and ask the Holy Spirit to join you in this time of prayer

    Take some time today to converse with Jesus as you would with “a very good friend”

    It’s ok to make mistakes. To have bad days not to know everything. Not to be ok. To do what’s best for you to be yourself.

    Thank you, dear breath, for always being there to supply oxygen so my body has energy

    Be still and consider how God has been present and walking with us on our journey
